it wouldnt be lost.. the forum is backed up regularly...

and its on seperate domain and host... its like this so if one goes down, the other is more likely to be up..
they'd have to take down a seperate domain AND seperate host to get both sites

dubcnn has done nothing but promote artists that don't get a voice anywhere on MTV. If this is legitimate and anything does happen, then it is really hurting the artists anyways.

Is this real?  If dubcnn is based in europe, does this matter?  if the servers are in the US, is doing that to a website even legal?

something is really fishy about this.

not to mention that if dubcnn goes down it will be bad for artists, and sending frivolous legal threats and mass suing people should have a dubious basis in the first place.
