I don't know shit about cars, but they SUV's are unsafe cars. More kids die in accidents with SUV's than in accidents with any other type of car.

I dunno man, I just read an article on this - it says that SUVS are not actually "safer" than small cars b/c of the risk of rollovers, but that they are safer in head on collisions (size, etc.).  I think SUV drivers get too cocky and can sometimes drive recklessly/not wear seatbelts as a result - just shows you gotta be smart in all rides.  There's also a lot of new stabilization technology coming out.  Found this on some of the new safety measures in Jeeps:

i bought a 99 mercury mountaineer...its dope... gas isn't as bad as everyone thinks...  its soooo comfortable...all leather inside and shit...its a pimp ride
