Internship Prpgram
Dubcnn.com is expanding and as part of the new look, new format Dubcnn, we
are looking for Journalism, Social Networking, Marketing, Media (Videography
& Photography) internships!
As the premier source of West Coast Hip-Hop online, Dubcnn aims to re-affirm
that status and also expand into a complete urban lifestyle outlet in line
with the move into the next decade. Beginning November 2009, we will
commence the recruitment of unpaid internships. This fantastic opportunity
will gain the successful applicants unrivalled access to the entertainment
industry and aid your personal and professional development.
Interested parties should email a copy of their resume, portfolio of any
previous work and details of any current school or college programme they
belong to. We do prefer candidates enrolled on a relevent course but it is
not a requirement.
Not only will any role with Dubcnn be a fantastic addition to your resume we
will also be happy to provide any hard-working and dedicated interns with
glowing references based on performance in the role. Outstanding
candidates may be asked to take a permanent role within the Dubcnn
organisation

Role Information

Dubcnn requires interns
to contribute to various sections of the website. Interns will support work
within areas (but not limited to) News, Media, Interviews, Reviews, Release
Dates, Events, etc. Interns may receive press access to events in their area as
well as phone or in-person interviews with artists, producers, actors, etc.
Interns will be representing Dubcnn and as such will be expected to act
accordingly. | |

Networking |
Dubcnn is looking to
expand both its use and prescence within the ever increasing area of Social
Networking. MySpace, Facebook and Twitter are just some examples of what we are
currently involved with. Interns will be required to contribute to existing
outlets for Dubcnn as well as research and implement new options that are
identified and seen as new opportunities. Candidates will need a good knowledge
of the Social networking tools and be required to have access to update quickly
and regularly. |
