kinda funny, mostly bullshit. 

People should fix up crappy neighbourhoods themselves, like in the old days....instead of waiting for some non-existant government funds to trickle down. Everyone wants someone else to deal with their problems but people used to work together to solve things.  People blame the government and other races for everything, but unless people put the effort in themselves...nothin changes.
