Soulfly at the London Astoria 7/2/06

so this was my first metal gig and  this ish was crazy!!!

the supporting band were skindred, had never heard of these guys so didnt know what to excpect but they was dope as fuck.  Their style basically mixed reggae and heavy metal which was nice, they was on for about 30mins.

the dj that was playing in between the set was wack!! played some really shitty tracks!

then outcome soulfly after about 30 mins of waiting, boy shit kicked off big style, as soon as max hit the stage and the first words he said were "fuck shit up!!!" everybody in the astoria was in the mosh pit man!!! Soulfly did about 1hour 30min set which was off the hook from start to end, anyone that is a soulfly fan and wasnt there then u missed out big time!!!

Skindred is one of my favorite rock bands out. Check out their cd 'Babylon' or maybe i'll hook it up later. Their cd has been out for a long time but they didn't get a good single until "Nobody" became one in like 2004.
