Those of you who remember our interview with Jelly Roll from 2004 will remember him talking about an upcoming West Coast cat called Kartoon.

You heard him on the latest "Ruff Ryders Vol. 4" compilation, but the man is not simply relying on the Ruff Ryder buzz to blow him up.

From what ive heard from him so far he sounds like another average or below artist on ruff ryders. I'll give these a chance though.
