The associated press is reporting the man has suffered a heart attack has been shot in the heart. Now I don't know whether this was intentional but its also been reported that the local sheriff was actually blocked from questioning Cheney and that it took 22 hours before they finally let the papers have this story. So once again you see how these maniacal politicians are openly boasting now that they are above the law.
