Personally, I think "All I Need", "Boyz N Tha Hood", hell, even "Party People" were all better tracks than this. Keep the "All I Need (Triple OG Mixx)" as the first single as far as I'm concerned. Snoop may be an obvious choice for a guest spot, but he proved with "R&G" that he can still attract the crowds and, more importantly, make hit records. Only problem with "All I Need" is that it might be too aggressive to blow on a large scale. Still, JD's beat for "All I Need" >>> Scotty's beat here.
I would keep it on the album for the simple fact that it's a Scott Storch beat and dude's production style is what's hot right now. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realise that keeping a Storch produced track off of the album is a bad business move, even if it is an unremarkable cut IMO.
Maybe it will grow on me..."Sittin on 23z" sure did.
As for Daz being better on the lyrics than Kurupt...just check out the "Rap City" freestyle. Gotti still has it when he actually wants to use his skills. However, Daz has definitely become a far stronger songwriter. I was listening to "Come Close" off of "Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta LP" recently and I definitely believed that that song would have been a great first single for the So So Def album. Solid, funky West Coast influenced production, Nate Dogg hook, decent flow by D-A-Z and the kind of lyricism that could appeal to a commercial, female audience.

Track is tight as hell to me. Sounds different style wise for both Daz and Storch, but i really like it, its like a laid back club joint or something.
