Are u saying Hamas had never killed Israelis...Israeli civilians that is.... Are u denying that the majority of the Palestinians that were killed in Nablus had blood on their hands, due to terrorist activity?

I wonder where are the international "war crime" trials of Hamas/Jihad/PLO/etc activists!

no the point i was making by posting up that about ariel sharon, israel elected a man with much blood on his hands, both arafrat and abbas worked with him as did other middle eastern states even though his past was a source of tension in the region, israel should show the same respect to hamas, if they start blowing up israelis again that would be the time to consider punative actions against hamas, the current premption by israel only forces a harder line from hamas, collectively punishes palestinians and further infuriates them

Sharon was called for an international trial due to him "ignoring" the threat of the "Christian Militiamen" to the population of Sabra and Shatila, thus being indirectly responsible.

Arafat who was directly responsible for so many deaths of civilians, had never been called for such a questioning. And don't forget Sharon had been punished for his indirect responsibility.

How was Arafat punished for his direct responsibility for the deaths of thousands of civilians? Did he even get called for questioning?

Sharon was also the mastermind of the building of settlements on the occupied territories, pretty much his whole past was actions taking swipes at palestinians.....arafrat was never elected, hamas was! and  don't forget ariel sharon was deemed not fit for defence minister - that would also indicate he is not fit to be prime minister!!

How was arafrat punished? israel punished him everyday, they still do...........
