Best MC Of Are Decade.  If Ya'll Really Want To
Know The Secret Behind 'The Blueprint',  He Wrote Those
Rhymes Years Ago.  And, Doesn't "Girls,Girls,Girls" Sound Like Something Biggiw Would Write ?

Biggie was a great MC.  I was never down with the whole, Bad Boy, Puffy decision, although his first album was, undeniable a classic.

IMO, He would've been so great if only he stuck with Pac and Thug Life.  I mean, he was great.  Biggie was sick.  Cant front.  I would have just loved to hear Big Syke and Biggie on a track.  Or what about Biggie and Stretch.  Ouch!  That would have been heat.

Ax.

Biggie was the  shit  ,   no  doubt .        But he only had   2  real albums .   Which   wasnt enough   in my opinion .     Thats why  I have  a problem with him being   labeled    the   GOAT .   The shit he did put out though  was  incredible.    Once  he  started rappin   ,  it was  like   DAMN!    you didnt want him to stop .

Damn  ,  I  wish he was still alive  .      :'(

Ready To Die is one of the greatest albums ever made, and Life After Death is a very strong follow-up, but it takes more than two albums to be the greatest ever. What made Biggie so great though, was his story telling abilities and lyrical precision. He made movies on wax........

That may be true, but that CAN'T be said about Pac.  I agree to disagree.  Pz.

Only time will tell...

I know for a fact in ten years I will still be bumpin' Biggie & 2pac like they just came out this tuesday..

Beleive me...I've been bumpin' shitt like "AmeriKKKaz most" since it dropped...(1990) and I still feel it the same.

(just my example...bottom line for me is the Classics never get old)

The reason Biggie is regarded so highly (my opinion) is mostly based on the material he put out which was classic....but more over on what was yet to come..
come on yall' you can't front that Big would have been the entire game right now...really think about it.

It hurts my fucken head just trying to imagine B.I.G gracing the mic again..
And I'm proud to say that I watched him come up from that (Don't count party & Bullshit) fat dude in the aiiight song and video (Juicy)..to the King of Ny.

Thanx B.I.G. for the music...

As far I'm concerned you will never be forgotten...

Jay-Z has undeniably great lyrical skill & charisma... he is a hip-hop legend that will be remembered... but he isn't the MC of the decade. I am a Jay-Z fan myself, unlike most people on this board.

the greatest rapper of all time is biggie smalls. you can't deny it. he holds the abililty that every rapper wants but doesnt have. he has creative storytellin lyrics and spits with fire like no one else. on the microphone no one can fuck wit' biggie. jayz is a good consistent rapper, and he is a legend, but he's nowhere close to the level that biggies on. i think if big was still here he would be fuckin up the whole industry. i actually think he got better with his delivery on life after death. man he could fuck the mic up at ease. i never heard anyone rap before that made it sound so easy and it come so natural.  ;D

'Pac is the G.O.A.T (rapper) to me. Biggie was a real nice MC, but to be honest with you I never really caught onto him like y'all have seemed to. He wasn't that important to me in other words. After reading The Source they made him sound like he was the best thing that ever happened to hip-hop & that just didn't really make sense to me, I could of lived without him, & i'm not just saying this because i'm a big 'Pac fan, i'm saying it because thats how I honestly feel. I would of chose Ra as the greatest MC, not Biggie anyways.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.
