I am sorry ya'll but I wanna see the album come out.  I like R Kelly and I like jay Z and I love the song Not Guilty.  I wanna see it come out and sell alot.  I know R Kelly has done wrong, but havent we all got dark secrets and we have all done wrong in r lives.  I am sure he is sorry for what he has done but to block his music from cuming out just because he had sex with a girl that was under the legal age is fucked up.  This is just my opinion ya'll.  Have u seen what sum girls look like these days they look about 19 and they are about 13.  He mite of knew she was 15 and he mite not but I still think the album should be released.  So add my name to that petition.
