Terms and thing of producing

What is the term sequencing mean exacly, im not familliar with the terms realy i just make beats u know. SO basicly my question is what is sequencing?

Also i read some producers jack there drums , chop em str8 form a record. I use reason and i got packs and htings im i going about wrong?

Sequencing is like putting your drums in a nice order.

Basically is nothing wrong with the Reason drums; though they get soon played out and Imme recognise them immediatly when I hear them from who-ever. So if you wanna get original and more authentic sounds go digging.

so i should just jack my kicks ansnairs froma song? how im i gonna put them in the redrum that way?

thats an option.. you just search for them make .wav files of it, and you can import them in redrum.

or you can look for some drumkits with lots of drums and you layer some shit, etc.
