If this does get passed I don't think they'll over turn it. Nothing can be done to completly stop illegal immigration, unless you went to EXTREME means. So illegal immigrants will still enter the USA just not in as high numbers.

The U.S governenment increased the number of Border Patrol Agents from 4,000 to 11,000 during the 1993-2004 years and spending 740 million dollars to 3.8 million dollars, yet undocumented immigrants came in at higher rates. A better solution is within the country, like having stricter penalties to businesses that benefit from undocumented immigrants.
