what does 'truc' in french mean ? i think it translates to trick, but what is its meaning... cheers..

yeh it means 'trick'. it can also mean 'something'

yup exactly. but you could also say "c'est quoi ce truc?" which translates to "whats that thing?" so youre kinda being specific in that particular situation.. french is complicated :grumpy:
