*Fireworks explode in the arena as the fans are on their feet in excitement, chanting for WCCWF's Painful Amends event. Sean Mooney and JBL welcome all the viewers to the show as the theme song, The Champion in Me by 3 Doors Down, plays throughout the building. SM & JBL then run down the card. The fans then settle into their seats as the opening match is about to begin...*
Match 1: Pick Your Poison Match
P. Nelson vs. Lucifer
*We hear P. Nelson's theme hit the speakers first as the fans boo him. Nelson comes out, looking more focused than usual. SM & JBL mention that Nelson was on a major role during the Elimination Chamber match at Summer Smash till M Dogg was able to defeat him. Nelson enters the ring and taunts the crowd as they boo him more. Nelson then prepares for the match. The lights go out in the building and Lucifer's theme hits the speakers. The fans cheer Lucifer as he makes his way to the ring. SM & JBL mention that both Nelson and M Dogg have a "Pick Your Poison" match tonight. They also mention that people were talking how upset Lucifer was after the Elimination Chamber match due to a lackluster performance. Lucifer climbs the steps, raises his arms, and brings the lights back on. Lucifer then enters the ring and prepares for the match. The bell rings and the match starts...*

In a thrilling opener, we see Lucifer working over Nelson in the corner with multiple punches. Lucifer scoops Nelson up and drops him face first across the top turnbuckle. Lucifer then charges off the ropes and delivers a big boot to knock Nelson to the mat. Lucifer then exits the ring to go to the outside. Lucifer grabs Nelson and drags him to the edge, setting him head-out on the edge of the ring. Lucifer nails a big boot to the side of Nelson's head. Lucifer then nails a couple of elbow shots across Nelson's neck area. Lucifer climbs on the ring apron and then delivers a leg drop across the back of Nelson's head. Lucifer re-enters the ring and waits for Nelson to get up, looking to deliver a Chokeslam. Nelson slowly gets to his feet, using the ropes for assistance. As Nelson is up, Lucifer grabs him by the throat. Nelson struggles to prevent the Chokeslam. Nelson kicks Lucifer a couple of times in the knee to break free. Nelson charges off the ropes and tries to hit deliver some offense, but Lucifer grabs him by the throat again. Nelson again blocks the hold with a thumb to the eye. As Lucifer is blinded, Nelson nails a chop block to Lucifer's knee, knocking Lucifer down to one knee. Nelson then grabs Lucifer and delivers a DDT. Nelson then applies the crossface on Lucifer. Nelson shouts at Lucifer, telling Lucifer to submit. After a couple of minutes, Lucifer breaks the told and instead delivers a couple of elbow drops to Lucifer's neck area. Nelson then waits for Lucifer to get up. As Lucifer slowly gets to his knees, Nelson charges over and nails a spear. Nelson then gets Lucifer to his feet and looks to nail the Nelson. As Nelson has Lucifer set up, we see M Dogg run out and distract the ref. Nelson notices M Dogg and immediately turns his attention there. Nelson exits the ring and goes after M Dogg. M Dogg starts going backstage while taunting Nelson. As Nelson is on the outside, the ref starts a 10-count. As the ref gets to 5, Nelson stops and turns his attention back to the match. Nelson trot towards the ring, looking to break the count. Before Nelson can enter the ring, we see Lucifer roll out of the ring and deliver a clothesline to Nelson. Lucifer then gets Nelson to his feet and whips him into the steel steps as the ref gets his count to 9. Lucifer quickly rolls into the ring. The ref gets his count to 10 and then calls for the bell as Lucifer wins the match by count out!
Winner of the Match = LUCIFER
After the Match:
The ref raises Lucifer's arm as Lucifer's theme plays in the building. We see M Dogg standing at the top of the stage with a smirk before going backstage. SM & JBL recap the match as the ref checks on Nelson before helping him to the back. Lucifer briefly celebrates in the ring as the fans cheer him before going to the back as well.

*We hear HD's music hit the speakers as the fans give him a mild, positive reaction. SM & JBL mention how HD and AG were both attacked by a mysterious African-American male at Summer Smash. HD gets in the ring and grabs a mic.*
HD: You know, since I've been in the WCCWF, I've dealt with every issue like a man. Whether it was with some I hated or someone I got along with, I never took the cheap way out. And that same level of respect had always been given to me...until Summer Smash. You see, somebody tried to make a name for himself. I respect that. I understand that as well. But there are TWO things I have a problem with: when you try to make your name at MY expense; and when you try to make a name by taking a cheap way our instead of doing it like a man. And that is EXACTLY what that no-namer did.
Now I requested a match with this guy to deal with the issue like a man. Since he's not under WCCWF contract, a match can't take place. But what I would like to do is address this person. Obviously somebody trying to make a name for himself would show to the next event. So if you're here buddy-boy, get your ass to the ring!!
*The camera view looks around the audience. After a few moments, we see the same African-American guy running down to the ring. He jumps over the barricade and slides into the ring. HD drops the mic and the two exchange punches with one another. HD gets the upperhand and whips the guy into the ropes; HD follows up with a Lou Thesz Press and then multiple punches. HD then waits for the guy to get up, looking to hit the HD Stunner. The guy gets back to his feet. Before HD can mount anymore offense, the guy rolls out of the ring. HD goes between the ropes to grab him. The guy is able to take advantage by grabbing HD by the back of his head and dragging him neck first across the rope. The guy then goes back into the ring and delivers a few stomps to HD. The guy gets HD to his feet and delivers a sitdown-spinebuster. The guy gets HD up to his feet again and whips into the corner; the guy follows up with a clothesline. The guy then nails elbow smashes to the side of HD's head. The guy then brings HD to the middle of the ring and delivers a Dominator. He stands over HD with his right arm raised. Officials come to the ring as the guy leaves while the fans boo him. Officials help HD out of the ring as SM & JBL mention what just happened.*

Match 2: Sikotic vs. Grim
*Sikotic's music hits the speakers as the fans explode in cheers for the former WCCWF Champion. As Sikotic makes his way out, SM & JBL mention that he was eliminated by P. Nelson in the Elimination Chamber match at Summer Smash. Sikotic greets the fans as he makes way into the ring. Sikotic climbs to the second turnbuckle and poses for the crowd; we see a bunch of flashes as fans take pictures of Sikotic then gets off the turnbuckle and prepares for the match. The lights go out and Grim's music plays. Grim makes his way out to the ring with his scythe in hand as the fans boo him. Grim leaves his scythe on the outside and enters the ring. Grim then sets off a pyro in regular fashion. SM & JBL mention that Sikotic & Grim have quite a history with the most recent event being Sikotic eliminating Grim from the Elimination Chamber match. We see the two stand face-to-face in the middle of the ring and exchange words. The bell is rung to start the match...*

In an action-packed match, we see Grim in control. We see Grim deliver a sidewalk slam to Sikotic. Grim goes for a cover but gets only a two-count. Grim gets up and climbs to the top turnbuckle, waiting for Sikotic to get to his feet. As Sikotic is up, Grim flies off the top and nails a flying clothesline. With Sikotic on the mat, Grim charges off the ropes and nails a legdrop. Grim tries another cover but again only gets a two-count. Grim gets back up and also get Sikotic to his feet. Grim delivers a couple of uppercuts before whipping Sikotic into the corner. Grim charges over, looking to hit a big boot to the face. Sikotic moves out of the way and Grim gets caught on the top ropes. Sikotic quickly gets on the offense by delivers couple of punches. Sikotic then wraps Grim's leg around the top rope as the ref counts. Sikotic breaks the hold to prevent a DQ. With Grim still caught up on the top rope, Sikotic grabs him by the neck and nails a neck-breaker. Sikotic goes for a cover but gets a two-count. Sikotic then waits for Grim to get up. As Grim gets back to his feet gingerly, Sikotic grabs a hold of him and nails a spinebuster. Grim gets up again on wobbly legs; Sikotic again nails a spinebuster. Grim gets up one more time, not knowing where he is. Sikotic kicks Grim in the gut and nails a DDT. Sikotic then grabs Grim by the legs and tries to apply the Sharpshooter. Grim squirms and is finally able to push Sikotic into the corner. Grim then gets to his feet and Sikotic staggers towards the middle of the ring. Grim tries to grab Sikotic by the throat by Sikotic ducks. As Grim turns around, Sikotic grabs him and nails the Sik Bottom. Sikotic then covers Grim and gets the three-count to win the match!

After the Match:
The ref raises Sikotic's arm as Sikotic's theme plays. The ref helps Grim out of the ring and to the back. The fans cheer Sikotic as he celebrates in the ring. SM & JBL summarize the match. Sikotic exits the ring and goes backstage as well.

Match 3: Pick Your Poison Match
M Dogg vs. AG
*We hear AG's music hit the speakers as the fans cheer him. SM & JBL mention that AG was the first one eliminated in the Elimination Chamber match. AG makes his way to the ring, giving high-fives as he makes his way down. AG enters the ring and plays to the crowd before preparing for the match. We then hear M Dogg's theme hit the speakers as the fans boo him. M Dogg makes his way to the ring with the WCCWF World Title around his waist. SM & JBL mention that M Dogg eliminated Nelson in the Elimination Chamber to become the new champion. M Dogg enters the ring, climbs to the second turnbuckle and taunts the crowd. M Dogg then gets off the turnbuckle, takes off his title, and hands it to the ref. The ref hands the belt to the time keeper. The bell rings to start the main event...*

Finish of the Match:
In an exciting main event, we see M Dogg working over AG. In the middle of the ring, we see M Dogg with a figure-four leglock applied on AG. AG is in pain refuses to give up. After a couple of minutes, M Dogg breaks the hold. M Dogg grabs AG's leg, lifts it up, and drives it knee-first into the canvas a couple of times. M Dogg gets AG to his feet and delivers a couple of stiff kicks to AG's knee. M Dogg then nails a couple of backhand chops. M Dogg grabs AG and whips him into the corner. M Dogg charges over and nails a high-knee lift, following up with a jumping Enzugiri. M Dogg takes a few steps back and looks to hit another high-knee lift. As M Dogg attempts the move, AG moves out of the way and M Dogg crashes knee-first into the turnbuckle. AG gets to his feet quickly and delivers some offense. AG grabs M Dogg by the back of the head and nails a couple of headbutts. AG then nails a German suplex, AG grabs a hold of M Dogg and drags him to the ropes, setting his leg on the bottom rope. AG then delivers a couple of seated sentons. As AG is mounting offense, we see P. Nelson makes his way ringside and stand by the time keeper. AG then grabs M Dogg and looks to apply the Sharpshooter. M Dogg is able to prevent the move. M Dogg pushes AG into the turnbuckle. As AG staggers back to the centre of the ring, M Dogg is back on his feet. M Dogg charges off the ropes and nails a huge spear. M Dogg then covers AG and gets a three-count to win the match!

After the Match:
The ref raises M Dogg's arm as his theme hits the speakers. Before M Dogg can celebrate, we see Nelson grab the WCCWF Title and enter the ring. Nelson attacks M Dogg from behind with the title. Nelson then starts to drill M Dogg with the title, busting M Dogg open. We see officials come out to try and stop Nelson's assault. Nelson swings at them with the title to back them off. Nelson then puts the title on the ground and gets M Dogg to his feet. Nelson delivers the Nelson Bomb on the title to M Dogg. Nelson then grabs M Dogg by his jaw and tells M Dogg he is going to win the title. SM & JBL recap the match and what just happened as we see the ref help AG to the back while other officials tend to M Dogg. SM & JBL thank all the viewers for watching Painful Amends. The show ends showing Nelson standing over M Dogg with the title as officials check on M Dogg.

Match 1: HD vs. Mystery Guy
*We see a video clip showing a mysterious guy attacking HD at Summer Smash and then again at Painful Amends. Back to ringside, SM & JBL mention that the mysterious guy has been signed to a WCCWF contract and will face HD in the opening bout. We then hear HD's music hit the speakers as he makes his way to the ring to a fairly positive reaction. HD enters the ring, climbs to the second turnbuckle, and raises both of his arms before preparing for the match.
We then see the name "Black Male" spell out on the Jumbo screen. Next, we hear a theme song play:

The fans boo Black Male as he makes his way out and taunts them. Black Male stands on the outside while HD yells at him to get into the ring. The ref backs HD up to let Black Male get in. As soon as Black Male enters, HD attacks him. The bell quickly rings to start the match...*

In a back and forth match, we see HD in control. With BM in the corner, HD delivers a few stomps to his gut till the ref intervenes. With the distraction, BM delivers a thumb to the eye of HD. BM then grabs HD and delivers a couple of headbutts, followed by a sit-down spinebuster. BM tries a pin but only gets a two-count. BM gets HD to his feet and delivers a couple of knee smashes to HD's gut. BM whips HD into the ropes and tries a back body drop. HD kicks BM in the face. HD then charges off the ropes and delivers a Lou Thesz Press followed by multiple punches. HD gets to his feet and looks to deliver an HD Stunner. BM gets to his feet and quickly exits the ring before HD can attempt anything. HD follows BM to the outside. As HD is coming to the outside, BM kicks HD in the side of the head. BM scoops HD up and drives him shoulder-first into the steel post. BM grabs HD and rolls him into the ring. BM gets HD up, twists his arm, and deliver shoulder thrusts to HD's injured shoulder. BM then kicks HD in the gut and looks to hit the Dominator. As BM lifts HD up, HD escapes. HD then kicks BM in the gut and goes for an HD Stunner. BM counters by shoving HD injured-shoulder-first into the turnbuckle. As HD staggers back into the middle of the ring grasping his shoulder, BM kicks him in the gut and delivers the Dominator. BM then covers HD and gets the three-count to win the match.
Winner of the Match = BLACK MALE
After the Match:
BM continues to deliver a few punches as the bell keeps ringing. The ref eventually gets BM to back off as other officials come down to the ring and help HD out of the ring. BM then grabs a mic.
BM: HD, you've been running your punk-ass mouth. But your mouth wrote a check your candy-ass couldn't cash! Now you know, and all these pathetic idiots now know that I am...Black Male! And I am on my way to the top! By any means necessary!
BM drops the mic as his theme hits the speakers again. BM briefly celebrates in the ring as the fans boo him. SM & JBL recap the match as BM exits the ring and goes backstage after a successful debut.

*We go backstage where Lauren is with the WCCWF World Champion M Dogg.*
Lauren: M Dogg, tonight you have your first title defense against P. Nelson, the same guy you defeated to become the new champion. What are your thoughts heading into the match?
M Dogg: Tonight, Nelson's fate won't change. Time after time when he faced me for the Canadian Title, he could never get the job done. Even in the Elimination Chamber match, he took his eye off the prize and cost himself the WCCWF World Title. And he lost to Lucifer at Painful Amends. It's a shame that a guy with so much talent like myself has to face a guy who loses as much as Nelson.
Lauren: What do you make of him attacking you after your match against AG?
M Dogg: It shows that he's scared of me. It shows that he's a coward. And tonight when I get my hands on him, I'm going to make him pay!
Lauren: Whoever wins tonight will likely ending up facing Sikotic. What are your thoughts on that?
M Dogg: Well firstly, there is no doubt that I'm going to win tonight. As for Sikotic...he's had lady luck on his side for well over a year. But lady luck ran out in the Elimination Chamber match. And the title is rightfully around the waist of the most talented star of this company: ME! So when Sikotic and I write another chapter, he'll realize that I've always been better than him!
Lauren: M Dogg, thank your for your time.
*M Dogg walks off as the camera view goes back to ringside.*
