HBK or Undertaker are not winning the Rumble.

It probably wont be anyone from ECW. It's gonna be between Orton and Edge. Seeing as how Rey won last year, I don't see them letting another SD! guy win this year.

Although, there were talks of a Batista/Undertaker match at WM23, but Taker can be considered a legit contender without winning the Rumble. The guy is so over with the crowd, he doesn't need to win the Rumble.
