they were saying he admitted or was caught before it all came out; and he served a suspension already for it last year.
most ppl aren't buying it but that's what WWE's excuse is lol

Batista too apparetnly was on the list and denied everything...i wonder how others you were suspended feel about some guys getting a pass.
