Nah, well not on a regular basis.
Raw is approaching its 1000th episode, so everybody they're bringing somebody back from the past.
They've had Vader, Roddy Piper, Sycho Sid (i.e. Sid Vicious), Doink, and DDP thus far.
On a side-note, it was the Brooklyn Brawler who portrayed Doink on Raw that.

The actual old characters.
Doink's been played by other people after the original, so that's why Brooklyn Brawler portrayed him.

I'm hoping that was a throwaway Raw because they're saving up their ideas for the 1,000th episode.
BTW, had nothing to do Sunday so I watched the TNA Destination X PPV. That was easily the best PPV I've seen since Money In The Bank 2011. If TNA is putting out a product as consistent as that, then I might start watching it regularly.
