I think it was a good choice. It coulda' went to Phil, but he obviously wasn't gunna get it, so Avery was a pretty good pick as well. Here's the article:

Yea, and every time I heard him speak, he was talking about how he wasn't satisfied and speaking of ways to improve the team, even after big wins, even when they were on winning streaks...I love that shit, he demands perfection.
