Don't You Get It? They ARE acting On STATE law, But Only Because The Federal Law OVERRIDES a Previous State Law that legalizes medical marijuana. So they get you on the State statute.
I once wanted to be a cop, in my administration of justice class we had a whole class dedicated to this kinda stuff, how to add different offenses and wobblers to already existing offenses, and how they all work, and This was one of the things discussed, people saying they have a prescription to Marajuana.
I really dont know whats so hard to get....Jeez, lol

I dont doubt it prob. happened, a lot of cops are dumbasses, One of the reasons I dont want to be a cop anymore, and all the corrupt shit i saw them do when i went to a ride along.

LMFAO!!! There's no more argument man, this retard just straight up got shitted on...He had nothing to begin with. Even Rod, who hates on me like no other, came up in here to tell him that his paragraphs are useless and prove nothing other than his stupidity...What I was saying was very simple to begin with AND I provided proof to back my shit up...He just kept making dumb post after dumb post...It's hilarious.
