..maybe with ja rule snoop hopes to have more exposure on the east coast.

Remember we were all confused before, when we originally thought Snoop was 95% done with his album, then on 1/19 it said that he's about ready to start work on his debut?  Maybe the one he was done with is his Priority record.  Or it's the Ja Rule thing.
