No. You should call 911 immediately cause your arm might fall off today.

^^^^Lol...
But yeah, of course that's normal, don't even worry about it. The 'pain' should be away in a matter of days...
I had my wisdom teeth extracted last week, and THAT can hurt. Not the operation itself because you're brought under narcose, but the days after the operation are a pain the ass. I actually went into shock a few hours after the operation (doctor said it was because of a combination of stress & fatigue that I built up during my exams).

Man, I had my wisdom teeth removed, it was nothing.  I didn't even take the prescription they gave me for after, it just makes your jaw a little sore, the next day I felt fine.

I had 2 root canals, too, the first one didn't hurt at all but the second one was insane.  My feet were bouncing off the table everytime he hit a nerve, crazy pain you feel it all the way down your side into your shoulder and things.

It depends on your dentist too. My father for example has had all his wisdom teeth removed. Only the last one was at the dentist he has now and that was also the only time he didn't have pain. The other times he was sick for a week.
