Any program to divide mp3 and like files into 2 seperate files?

Don't u just hate it when a track includes a hidden bonus track and u want to burn one of them onto a cd, but can't because of the silence in between and the other track?

So, I'm wondering if there's any program that divides mp3 and like files into two seperate files?
