go to the details page
and when u click "add by IP" stick it in the box that pops up.
nothing exciting happens, but it should help 'cluster' WCC users around one another.

i never really noticed. its using about 30meg here... (the biggest of anything running). (i have 768meg anyways).
it also seems to hog bandwidth a little bit too.
things like that will improve over time.
