he started off as a road agent and he trained some the divas
then he started training again and came back...maybe cause Smackdown was (and still is) lacking Superstars

He doesn't suck. He and William Regal are two of the only REAL wrestlers left in WWE. They have a real old school, mat wrestling style.They're just not as flashy and big and buff as other wrestlers so people automatically assume that they suck.

however for the past months he had been battling a life-threatening infection
he has been cured and should be returning in a few weeks

as for Crash, im gonna look into that

edit: he passed from an overdose of painkillers and alcohol apparently

Yeah Shamrock is in the UFC getting his ass handed to him..I ordered that shit 1:13 into the FIRST FUCKIN ROUND I WAS PISSED! i was rooting for Tito due to Ken's Bitch Manerissims on the ULTIMATE FIGHTER 3! In the last couple years Shamrock has lost twice to Ortiz in the first rd once in 2002 now in 2006. Then in 2004 Rich Franklin knocked his ass within the first 2 mins of the first rd. going to the WWE ruined Kens career. He Beat Kimo in 2004 to help his ass look good for a while. But hes washed up. Please Ken for the Sake of all youre fans and youre hall of fame status GIVE IT UP NOW!

Yeah my uncle lives next door to Crash Holly's parents.  Thats not really his name but yeah anyways he is dead, my uncle said he had a ton of problems with his parents cause he was real violent and eccentric
