He's not dissing 4-Tay - this track was from his EP that dropped just before Off Parole, and 4-Tay was all over it.

Don't know who he's getting at though.

yeah you are right it is from that EP.  I just heard it on my Ipod yesterday, but I just looked in my albums and it is on that EP.  Wonder who he is dissing?
