the difference is america authorises everything israel does, therefore they've authorised this who conflict and have also been supplying them with bunker busting bombs, mean while they pretend to work on 'diplomacy'.

africas different they don't want european on america troops there it reminds them colonialism, africas problem is the europeans left too suddenly from nationalist and american pressure without giving too much time to transition, now the continet is plagued by powere struggles and single party states, although it seem to be improving a little now but the rate of change is low and the level of prosperity has shrunk drastically since the days of empire
