Snoop has always done it both ways, though. Listen to "Gin and Juice". It's the relaxed laid back flow that he does on most of his songs now... just the lyrics were tighter. Even the "I had to back up off it and sit my cup downnnnn" or whatever he's singsonging like he does everything now. Also if you listen to Snoops' verse on "Doggy Dogg World" is all laid back and relaxed. People talk shit about his flow but it has never changed, he's still exactly the same as he's always been , flow-wise, on the mic. His best ever flow was the stone cold shit he did on deep cover, dre day, and "bitches ain't shit". He does it a little bit on "Vato". I still say his flow on "Bitches ain't shit" was only surpassed by Biggie Smalls, Snoop was incredible back then. He still brings it like that from time to time if he wants to.
