in the both video version, he says its dedicated to his people and who passed away/jail............

but in the album version, he says "Cause youse a down ass bitch" ..... " true down ass bitch, and I ain't mad at cha" 
is that a diss or is he showing respect?

But the person he talking about converted to islam, used to have a " jheri curl ", was in jail, got married, and that 2pac had a thing for his sister.

I just thought he was talking about someone specifically, but maybe your both right, he just talking about no one specific.

I remember reading on another forum that each verse was directed to a dif person, i cant remember who they are though.
