Good track but def not the best. I could never understand why eazy was talkin all that gangsta shit but when suge and his boyz punked him he was quik to press charges that aint gangsta Especially for the GOdfather of gangsta rap as yall call him.. I like him music wise but tha niccca did press charges

If you talk about that incident where Suge and entourage walked into Eazy´s office and threatened him with bats and pipes to release Dre from his contract - and besides that I never heard of any incident where Suge "punked" Eazy - then I think that it´s common believe that this never really happened. I´m not sure I read some shit years ago that it wasn´t true at all and that he only stated that story to make Suge and Death Row look bad in front of the court. Not 100% sure though.

About the song. I used to love it back then. I just listened to it too often that it lost it´s special vibe to it. I love how Eazy doesn´t go the "Real Muthafuckin G´s" route where he´s just like "Fuck you, you and you" but he seems more laid back on this song and almost like "You know that I´m above all of you and don´t really need to make a hard diss". I think this is evident in the end where he gives them advice what to do with their carrier. Brilliant.

Eazy is a legend no doubt, but I never understood how he talked all this shit about Deathrow being "studio gangstas" when he's the one that took them to court for allegedly being threatened by Suge and his boys. That would be like Game taking 50 to court for assualt, but still dropping mixtape after mixtape dissing 50.

Great track.  I'd like to hear the OG version which is to the same beat of Dogg Pound's "What Would You Do."  You can hear a small portion of it on the "Impact of a Legend" dvd.  As far as the best diss ever, I don't know, but I always felt that on wax, Eazy always got the best of Dre.

I'm glad you remembered, BG Dresta, because it's been so long since I've actually watched it that I couldn't remember exactly.  I've since seen the clip posted on the net in mp3 format, but I don't personally have it.  I'm pretty sure some homemade mixes of it have surfaced as well.

Im going to shoot this out right off the bat right away. there have been alot of good diss songs from the left coast, you got dj quik dollas and sense, ice cubes no vaseline, 2pac and the outlawz goin at it on hit em up, the list goes on, but in my opinion this track outshines them all.

this track features dirty red, a member of eazy e's post nwa clique which also included bg knoccout, gangsta dresta, bone thugs, brownside, and more. he was a tight rapper, good smooth lyrics, go peep Dj yellas one moe nigga to go, forward to the track westside story, that songs a classic.

all the animosity that was going with eazy e and dre, ruthless vs deathrow was at its peak. this was the first westcoast label war, 2 major la based labels going at it to take the throne of the westcoast. we all know that suge fucked it all away, but on the way to doing that, he took deathrow records to hieghts never seen before, and eazy, well he was the godfather, ruthless was a solid label, the had one philosphy, tight lyrics with dope ass beats.

dre, snoop and the pound were throwing out disses left right center, eazy fired back with the 187um ep and real muthaphukkin gz, he was mad cus dre dissed him out for someone he didnt even know, and we all know what happened to dre after that, he got fucked over and bounced

this track is on some phrophet tip, eazy said alot of interesting things on this song which all came to be so true. heres a little break down of this song

INSIDE THE MINDS OF REAL G'S
DEATH ROW IS LOOKED UPON AS THE STUDIO GANSTERS OF THE 90'S
A JOKE HAHAHAHA IN A GAMECALLED 5 MINUTES OF FAME YOU WASTED
4 MIMUTES NOW YOU GOT SECONDS LEFT KICK IT

the opening moments of the song, eazy does the intro, funny thing is, eazy most likely recorded this in 94, add on 4 years to that, fast forward to 98, e's dead, ruthless ruined by his wife, just knocking out bone thug albums, platinum ones thats it (thats another story on its own, wont even get into that) deathrow is preety much dimineshed, look at them since 98, its been dead, in 92-96, deathrow ran the game, but now suges locked up, dre said fuck it i quit, snoop said fuck this im gone, nate dogg bounced, kurupt bounced, mr makaveli 2pac shot and gone, no more outlawz, no more nothing. just living off 2pacs unreleased worked, compilations of old stuff, a dvd, alot of hype around crooked i, but nothin happened from that we all know. eazy was right, deathrow records faded out faster then a match stick,

COME ONE COME ALL AND LET ME RIDE NIGGA
EAZY-E CPT HOW THE HELL YOU FIGURE
TO BE THE BEST ON THE WEST HU YA
FOOL LOKED DOWN THIS IS EAST SIDE NIGGA
SOUTH COMTON AND I PUT IT ON THE MAP
SO WHEN A DOG POUND CRIP YOU WANNA SCRAP
AND THAT COMIN STRAIGHT FROM THE RUTHLESS GANSTER EAZY-E
NOW WHAT WOULD I DO HAHA LETS SEE

the inro continues with this words, eazy tellin em straight up that hes got eastside comptown locked down and he started all this shit, he put compton on the map,

NOW I WOULD TAKE ON SUGAS LOCKED DOWN THE ROW
SINCE DRE IS A BITCH PIMP SLAP THE HOE

im preety sure this is the first time anyone ever mentioned suge knight in a rap song, and he was the first to straight up diss him,

NOW I'M SEEING DOUBLES MAN TWO DOGS IN A HUDDLE
AA GOD DAME NOW DIGGIDI DAZE I BIGGIDI BLAST
ON RIGHT ONE AND SMOKE THAT AZZ
NOW KURUPT DONT EVEN SET TRIP
YELLIN LONG BEACH 60 BLOOD AND PUPPY POUND
CRIP REALLY DOE GOT MY NUTS ON YOUR CHIN
WHILL I'M ALL IN YOUR PHILLY HOE

eazy sends some words towards the pound, funny i was listening to the eazy e vs dpg radio show clip thats been on the net for a few years where doc michele and dpg call into a radio show eazy e and mc eiht were on and began to talk shit, the kept goin on and on, all eazy said was to daz, you aint got no million dollars, your a bunch of hoes, asks kurupt, who sett it all off, who started all this gangsta rap shit so all you can eat, doc didnt really say much, i always found doc to be a bit of a fucked up dude mentally since his car accident, but the nigga can still pen some masterpieces. sounds like e's throwing a diss to kurupt about goin up n his philly hoe aka foxxy brown maybe?, im not sure if shes from philly or nyc, or it could just be refferin to kurupt. funny how when dogg pound broke up, kurupt was rockin red colours hard, people were sayin he was a blood and switched over, kinda hard to believe,

SO COME WITH IT FOOL AND TEST YOUR LUCK AND
I'LL BEAT THAT AZZ NOW CALL ME KURUPT
NOW I'M KREEPIN THREW THE FOG YA
BIG DOGG BLUE GOT MY NINE MILLA KILLA
HUNTING A DOGG NAMED SNOOP
YOU CAN RUN NIGGA BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE
EAZY-E STRAIGHT CREEPIN ON THE EAST SIDE 7
TENLONG BEACH SOUTH CAUGHT SNOOP FREE BASIN
IN A ROCK HOUSE I KICKS IN DA DOOR
I SAID IT BEFOE I NEVER LET NO BUSTA TEST ME NO MORE

the verbal assualt on snoopy, i always wanted to know what are snoops feelings towards eazy, next time dubbcc need to ask and get more information about this whole beef. snoop was around e alot durring the recording sessions of niggaz4life, has was a young 2pac, snoop was brought in by above the law, good friends and members of eazys ruthless empire. he decided to hop with dre and the rest is history.

BANG MURDER WAS THE CASE THAT TEY GAVE ME
MURDER WAZ THE CASE THAT THEY GAVE ME
I'LL SMOKE ALL YOU FOOLS EVEN YOU BOO BOO AND YOUR BABY
MURDER WAS THE CASE THAT THEY GAVE ME WATCH OUT BUDDIE BOY
WATCH YOUR BACK

somewhere out there in jerry hellars mansion or the ruthless records vaults, there is a version of this song, what would you do, with the murder was the case beat. its on the net in remix form, but this song does exist, on eazys impact of a legend, he even performed it live in concert with the beat to murder was the case. he straight jacked the dr dre remix beat and put this lyrical assualt masterpiece over it, i guess they did 2 versions, id love to hear the og of the remix.

YEA WHAT WOULD YOU DO
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF WE ROLLED ON YOU
(SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STEPPIN IN THE GOD DAMN HOUSE)
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF WE ROLLED ON YOU
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF WE ROLLED ON YOU
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIRTY RED
I COMES ON THE SNAKE HITTIN NIGGAS LOW
WITH THE CAVEY ASS FLOW AS I KREEP THROUGH THE STREET
PEEPING NIGGAS FROM DEATH ROW BET YOU WANNA KNOW
WHICH ONE MAKE THE BEST HOE SO
LET ME BREAK IT DOWN AS I'M LOST IN THE MIST
AND TAKE WORD OF ADVICE AND DONT COME FUCKING WITH THIS
AINT A JOKE NIGGAS CHOKE FROME THE SMOKE THAT I BLAZE
PURPLE HAZE YOU BE DAZED IN A STUN
I'LL PUT YOU ON YOUR BACK NIGGA WHAT?
I AM THE GUESS IN A DOGGY DOGG WORLD
NEVER RUN WITH MUSS ONLY NUTS IN THEIR CLICK
AND DICK IN YOUR MOUTH
THE YEAR IS 95 AND I'M RUNNIN THE HOUSE
NOW TELL WHAT CAN YOU DO NIGGA WHAT CAN YOU DO
IF ME AND A FEW OF MY HOMIES CAME THROUGH
DUMMPIN REAL ON YOU TRICKMADE BITCHMADE NIGGAS
WHAT COULD YOU DO WHAT COULD YOU DO IF WE ROLLED ON YOU

allright, this is where it gets a little crazy, eazy just spitting game at the end of the song after dirty red, he just kickin the real shit right here

YAA SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STEPIN IN THE GOD DAMN HOUSE

DR. DRE STRAIGHT BUSTA NEVA BROKE A LAW IN HIS LIFE
BESIDES BEATING UP RICKY HARRIS'S WIFE -

we all heard this, dre beat this shit of this bitch, eazy was there has well i believe, funny how dr dre never smoked weed, but became the biggest spokesperson for it after 92 when he met snoop and started smoking weed. you can here the diss on the beggining of down 2 tha last roach of 187um ep, i dont smoke weed and sess, dre says that himself, taken from the 1988 classic express ur self,

HAHA SNOOP DOGG FROM A HIGH TOP FADE TO SPORTIN BRAIDS
NOW HE'S LAID FAME NO FOURTUNE AND GETTING PLAYED NOT PAYED
PLAYED

eazy knew snoop before he was the "deathrow" snoop, go read snoops interview from the 98 issue of the source where he said hes leavin deathrow, he was gettin pimped by suge with the money situation, he put in alot of work and wasnt getting shit back and bounced, if he was smart, he would of takin e's advice in 94. but then again look at snoop now, he runs the west so i guess everything happens for a reason

TREATED LIKE A PROSTITUTE AND WE ALL KNOW WHO'S DOIN THE PIMPIN DAZ DONT
BE A FOLLOWA BE A LEADER AND STAY OFF THE NEXTS MANS NUTS
KURUPT THE KING PING STICK WITH THE 60'S
CAUSE YOU DONT NEED THOSE OTHER HOES CAUSE THEY'RE
ABOUT TO GO UP IN YA BUT ONLY YOU LET UM

he told the young pound 2 watch out, especially kurupt, dumb gotti, that damn fool even went back to deathrow after gettin fucked the first time around, i guess it was the money, but he never really got shit done there, released a weak ass album, and bounced. and look at daz, i think the most daz ever shined in his career was when he was releasing cd's like Raw, and this life i lead, i lovet those 2 cds cus he was fuckin with suge no more, and him and snoop werent really that down wiht each other during those 2 cds and he banged out some good shit there and got his independent hustle on, e was right, daz should of woked on his own more. ive heard kurupt numerous times givin it up for the godfather, dogg pound recently put out a tribute track to eazy too,

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
DEATH ROW REALLY DOE
BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BANG AHHHH

what do you guys think, id like hear your thougts,i  think this is one of the most important diss songs, westcoast songs, or just hip hop track period

rest in peace eazy, you will never be faded, keep it ruthless

You're the fucking man!!!
This is indeed the best disstrack ever!!!! Eazy E R.I.P.
