Lead singer Ronnie Van Zandt of Lynyrd Skynyrd died in the early 70's in a plane crash... his tomb has been broken into 3 different times by people trying to steal his body. 


In other words: doesn't surprise me a bit that somebody would steal his tombstone.  People are fucking crazy.
