Well, maybe, but petrov is very good player....and O'neill has been given a nice transfer budget (30 million pounds)

Transfer fee is an initial £6.5 million with the possibilities of rising to £8 million correct?

Not often that a player in Scotland gets sold for a proper value and not under sold
