kids aren´t as active as they were when i was a child(and i´m only 20). over here we´re starting to get a serious issues with fat people aswell, they cut down gym classes in school and most parents are fine with their kids sitting home infront of comp/TV all day long. maybe they should just ban food that´s extremely unhealthy coz they be trying to ban everything else that´s "dangerous" for you.

yeah for sure man.. shit when i was about 14.. i used to be in the scouts.. do judo, play for the town junior rugby team, play for the school team.. and skateboard.. and go cycling a lot (the town i live in is nestled between two ranges of hills..).. i was always a skinny kid..

slowly after school n stuff i stopped doing any sports.. then ended up in a job sat behind a desk all day.. next thing i know i'm pretty darn big (last feb i was 13 st 12 ish)... and i'd been skating again a year or so then too.. since taking up the gym on top of skating i'm now 12st 6.. better/bigger built than ever in many ways.. and still dropping pounds every few weeks.. and i ain't gone stop..

ABN:
^yea i used to be hella skinny aswell, but i got lil fat when i was like 13 but then i started to box. and now i´ve been lifting weights and at the gym most of the people are over 20 years old and that´s crazy. coz lifting weights under controlled forms aint bad for your body(a lot of people say it is but it´s not). like when i was 12 years old we had like 3 hours of gym class a week and now i think the kids only got like 1 hour. now 2 hours extra a week might not sound like a whole lot but add it up for like 10+ years of school..........

No, those things are just a waste of time that can be put to better use on the treadmill for these fat fucks.

I surf, skate, swim, play hockey and soccer
