smoking up listening to Quik instrumentals. Dude is a great rapper but sometimes you gotta play the instrumentals instead. I love the "Swallow Me" Instrumental!

instrumentals are great, good shit to smoke to, especially quik's shit. Juss Me and U is one of my fav instrumentals to listen to while high.

Quik has gotta be the most underrated producer/rapper ever. I like his beats more when he was fuckin with G-One, but Trauma is classic.

Is there an instrumental version to this album floating around anywhere?
