we're doing a horrible job using our power in the right ways in the world, but the US has been and still is the most powerful country in the world.

That's not just the Canadians blaming the US for the 9/11 attacks; people all over the world are pointing their fingers at the US government. But hey, like South Park, BLAME CANADA!
