seriously thats all you really can do to be happy. you can rack your brain with questions of why why why....thinking about others' struggles but bottom line the only control you have in this world is over yourself. thats why it's futile debating the shit we do in TOT and why it always turns to fighting, because really nobody has answers, we just have our principles and if we see someone else trampling on them, we step in and pretend to present them "the truth", so stop worrying about how "bullshit" starts, you'll go insane like bryan, just  live ur life

you see i agree with the main jist of your post but this here is incorrect. is it futile debating different philosophies on life like religion? i think it is.

is it futile discussing arguable issues involving facts like politics? obviously not

u cant argue that god exists or that jesus is the saviour
u can however argue that israel violates international law, or different aspects of american foreign policy


to allow for a 'leave and let be' policy when it comes to politics is hazardous. it gives this air of "i cant do shit so why bother?"

so people continue to get fuck, the same injusticies that have been comiited for years will continue, and no attempt will be made to solve these issues.

True, it's a personal choice you gotta make, after a while though you have to decide whether you wanna flounder at dubcc arguing with strangers, or do something productive with your debating skills.  our personal lack of influence thru words in the worlds governments though is why i say it isn't worth it to get into "bullshit", especially on the internet, thats just my opinion. i dont like to speculate on and defend things i cant touch myself
