I read this artikel in the paper yesterday, saying Bush is the president with the second lowest IQ ever. Psychologists have done  research in the USA, and found out there was only one more dumber president. Some guy that was president from 1921 - 1923. Research showed that Bush his IQ is similair to people who have just finished their highschool.

Hoax or not, it is only an assumption, but I really can't imagine a recent president to have a lower IQ than GW Bush. No hating. He had the easiest route to become president, with his father being president before and shit. He is clearly not coming off smart on screen. And he's not doing a good job either. So...
