I just wanted to get peoples thought on the lastest J5 offering. Am I alone in being extremely disappointed with Feedback. Some of the tracks on there can only be described as wannabe Black Eyed Peas, I've been a J5 fan since Unified Rebellion and this lastest album just feels so sold out. Even DJ-Numarks turntabalist track doesn't feel the same without Cut Chemist. What happened to the band that made Concrete Schoolyard and Jayou, proper underground hip-hop classics.
"Without The Elements It's All Irrelevent" Jurassic 5

"This world better acknowledge me I'm over ambitious
Do almost anything to rob a genie for his wishes." 57th Dynasty

"We didn't give a toss about money, fame or stardom
Just about the culture, the music, slang and jargon." Blak Twang

"Freedom Is A Road Seldom Travelled By The Multitude" Public Enemy

"If Ignorance Is Bliss Then Knock The Smile Of My Face" Zach De La Rocha

Feedback is dope compared to alot of hip hop thats come out this year. Quality Control is a classic though.

i dunno, i heard most of the album in my kadies car the otha day and it sounded pretty tight, with the exception being a song that had a very obvious al green sample that had be chopped up into sum uptmpo shit......i need to really sit down and listen to it tho......sounded better than strength in numbers to me......but the first two releases are the best IMO

Feedback sucks so much compared to Power In Numbers and Quality Control. Although one song I didnt really mind was that "Radio" song.. but the album is still nothin compared to the previous 2.
