'The Eminem LP'
« on: December 16, 2001, 02:02:28 PM »
...And to make sure I keep your attention until the New Year, I recently spoke with a respected confidant, who had this to say about the new Eminem LP “the new Em album is a breath of fresh air. I cant discuss too much about it, just know that "Mama"; a dedication to his mother, and a cross pollination of "Stan" meets "The Way I Am", will certify that he is the illest in the game.”

An exerp from hiphopsite.com, looks like this Eminem album will be big.  What do you think?

You don't know that.  That song could be about him being sorry etc.  Or he could tear her to parts...which he hasn't dedicated one whole song to.

Anyways, back to the topic, I think the song "mama" will be a genuine song, I mean if it wasn't that statement prolly would of said a diss to his mother & not a 'dedication'.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

I'm sure this album will be dope, but im also sure imma be dissapointed....

i doubt eminem will ever deliver an album as dope as sslp....that had everythin...battle rhymes, story telling, relatively 'deep' tracks, it was humorous, great imagery, and some mainstream commercial tracks..it was overall very diverse and is one of my favs....
also his voice and style was ill.....

i dont like the way he has altered his voice....and on mmlp...there was no verses that made me say 'wow'...apart from stan....

He has grown up alot from sslp...so maybe thats why...
but regardless..ill still definetly purchase it cos he is still a very talented guy..

hmm... i'm pretty uninterested.  there's nothing wrong with eminem i just hope he works harder on stuff outside drugs, pop artists and shock value for this one.

iraq would just get annexed by iran

That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?
