Not that I've ever heard, but it's pretty bad yes. I'm sure other governments across the globe commit worse atrocities inside their prisons and detainment camps. Not to try and soften what george and his boys are doing

Well yes China and North Korea spring to mind when you talk about countries who are even worse, however the difference is that they just do it they havent legally authorised it. I read about this a while back and to be honest at first I wondered if it was genuine I wondered whether congress would actually dismantle habeus corpus but to most americans horror they have, the legal authority to torture children though that just makes me want to vomit.
