ok i got a problem with people saying this

"his leftovers are wack because HE NEVER wanted them out"

mad people say that shit and it just isnt true

i garantee u wanted haven got a ghetto, changes to be out

y do u think he made 300 tracks so he coudl save them all?

if u look SUGE KNIGHT was the exec producer on his Deathrow albums... the Exec producer DECIDES what songs are ON the album... therefor the songs that made it on AEOM and Makaveli were not Pac's choice.... we dont know what PAC wanted out because SUGE picked them so to say these tracks were never meant to be heard is a misstatement

I will continue to cop his stuff, even though alot of it is dissapointing production wise. His music is still getting released to continue his legacy and I appreciate that, but they should keep it in it's original format, as Pac would've wanted. I don't see his shit ever getting boring, I just see people moving on as they get older, which is natural, but then the younger kids will pick up on it because it's that dope. Thats why he is so legendary, no-one forgets a legend.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

ummm actually it is FACT that 2pac wasn't going to release most of those songs....

and the ARTIST and the EXECUTIVE producer choose....sometimes the lable i.e. priority decide too

Like Big Jake said. Everything from 91=96 was excellent however his leftovers I could have done without. I know this is messed up but I think it kind of ruined his legacy in my eyes alittle bit. I still think pac is one of the greatest in the history of rap but those leftovers messed up his legacy. I wish I hadn't heard some of them now

I disagree with you 100%.... His memory, music, and legacy lives on forever.. and will continue to grow.. I still listen to his bootlegs.. posthumous releases and all his previous albums quite often... He's the G.O.A.T.

Thats the main problem. You say you listen to his bootlegs. BOOTLEGS! Can you call UTEOT an album of pure bootlegs? Thats bullshit! its an album of some R&B wack shit, plus all that talkin about thug life, soldiers, game, haters. and fuck-yall-niggas really pisses me off since 1997, I got really tired of all that Pac talking. I heard Thug Nature the original version and I thought Damn, why didnt they just put it on there instead of turnin it into some R&B???

I got really tired of Pac same old same old blah blah blah. Yall diehard Pac fans really make me smile, sorry.

honestly, i dont think this is a "rest in peace" issue. i dont think everybodys prollem is that this stuff is being released, its that its bein released by tha row. if it were a label releasing all this stuff, who every1 was confident had done right by pac....then no one would complain. not to mention, whos gettin paid off this stuff bein released?! u know whatta mean?! say if tha profitz was all goin to some good cause, or even strictly to pacs family...i dont think it would be as big of a deal. n perhapz, if Suge wanted to think in tha long run. He'd so jus that, n ratha then makin tha quik buck now, would gain SUM fanz by doin whas right. cus righ now tha row aint exactly tha most popular label. oh yah, by tha way...tha shit is gettin boring to me too.  ;D

I never got into 2pac... I can't say I was ever a fan of his music, but I hear it everyday because of my younger brothers addiction to his music... anyway... his new albums are sad and it's showing too... Deathrow's sales on his unreleased albums keep going down... I doubt it will go #1 again... i know sales don't matter, but in this instance it almost shows the fans un-interest in this material...

tha topic was brought up that Pac didnt want these songs released,  but in a interview didnt he say that if anything was to happen to him he had a large amount of music to release if he was unable to make music again

I think he was talkin bout being in jail or some seriuos disease, not death. He prolly didnt hear about X-Raided who stays in jail 4 murder but keeps releasing albums every 1 or 2 years.
Anyways I think they should just release his bootlegs as they are, not polish them. At least a listener could feel what Pac would sound like, not Big Hutch introducing Pac.

Siberian Wolf, Why You Bringing X-Raided Into This. Most Of His Shit Is Dope As Fuck, Even Though It Was Recoded Over The Phone.

Anyway, Whats All This Shit About RnB Hooks. Some Songs With RnB Hooks Can Be Straight Heat. Maybe Not A Full Album But The Odd Song Here And Now With RnB Hooks Are Fine. After All Ain't "I Aint Mad At Cha" Got A RnB Hook?

Man, in no way I tried to offend X-Raided. I thought that maybe Pac had recorded so much music so that if he was put into jail his music would still be released. He prolly aint heard that X-Raided successed in recording WHILE STAYING IN JAIL AND THATS GREAT OF HIM! And an R&B hook sucks most of the time, I never liked that I Aint Mad At Cha hook anyway.

I agree, a hip-hop song with an RnB edge to it isn't always bad, I mean Nate is basically RnB, he's been included on alot of very dope hip-hop tunes, alot of the times he makes those songs even doper.
With the Pac issue, it's not that Death Row is releasing his shit, it's that the people who do release his recent shit fuck up the OG versions thinking they're doing the material justice when in most cases they're not.
