Highly doubt it.  There are a few rumored tracks that are said to be "2001" leftovers and have The Last Emperor on them.

None of those are produced by Dre, but there are some really nice tracks on there.  DO YOU REMEMBER is amazing, a slow type song, but very different than what you would expect.  People should check Emperor out, he is more talented than most people in the game.......

no doubt tee... emporer is massively talented... i think he has the potential to blow up as an artist the same way mos def has.... basically he's like a more lyrically talented mos def.
