Yeah  these guys have skills  i sure don't even do the half of what they do

I have uploaded a documentary a while back on youtube it's about the free running originators so it show most of em & also the  guys who they are teaching this discipline to,the place where all started stuff like that.

The way i understood things is that free running is more a philosophy rather than a sport, they explain that in the docu'

They said 1st year of teaching ,big jumps are not allowed etc...

Might not be that easy to practice this discipline
