i'd rather drink water imo it's alot better for you especially if you're in the middle of doing a sport. or if anything just drink gatorade

Naww, scientists did research on Gatorade/Powerade, and found out that it's actually better to drink non-sugar sodas, than Gatorade/Powerade, actually some sodas with sugar is better as well..

Gat/Pow contains more calories, and it doesn't quench thirst better than sodas, water or lemonade. It's not cheap either, considering it's only water with flavour added.

"Gatorade is healthy" seems to be a common misunderstanding in America.

Zero ain't that far behind Pepsi Max, imo, but Coke Light taste like bong water no doubt.
