jay-z is a terrible rapper.
Let's not forget he has one of the worst voices in hip-hop. He damn near 40 and still sounds like he's going through puberty.

LOL @ one of the worst voices....it aint about the voice but about the lyrics....capone's voice aint all that ....neither are jayo felony's or dj quik's....but i still think their tight regardless...becuz they can all spit....including jay-z
