Is it the same speed as an ethernet cable? Worth the money?....And what does it actually involve?

yeah same speed all you need is a wireless router, cable internet, and 360 wireless adaptor.  A wireless router and 360 adaptor will run you about.....250?  idk if it's worth the money but hey if you got it do it.
