I'd say thats one of his best too but the thing with DJ Premier is if i just decided to listen to every single one of his beats one day i would change my mind about what is his best beat after every one i hear. I haven't heard another producer that is like that. Thats what makes him the best hip hop producer ever IMO.

Word, only other producer i can think about like that is J Dilla.. Still Premier > Dilla though
