I was not arguing his point. My point is that crime moves from place to place. The crime is moving now and increasing in places alot of people would not expect. I am not even talking about this city vs that city. Vegas is a prime spot for people to do dirt because of everything that is going on here. I am not even talking about the hoods out here. Or any other place, all cities will have crime.
