nope, but Nas did say that he and Game got a joint on Nas upcoming album produced by Dre and thatīs been confirmed by several sources.

Don't like this glorifying gangbangin shit, but the beat is decent enough and both of them definitely come hard on it.  They have fairly good chemistry together...I wouldn't mind seeing them on more tracks together.
