To me Snoop Dogg aint a good rapper. That's all. Lemme explain. A rapper aint just a dope MC. Some1 who can make a freestyle or shit. A rapper is some1 who got a message. A positive message. Or at least a message to share with his fans and with young fans.

Tell me mmmm.. 3 touching songs Snoop made. For example.. i can write that 3 touching Pac songs are:

1) KEEP YA HEAD UP
2) BRENDA'S GOT A BABY
3) BABY DON'T CRY

That's not a 2Pac vs Snoop item, but.. u know what i mean? Just 3 touching songs of Snoop. Songs that made fans think about something wrong in the society. Something that made fans realize they wrong. Something that made the media talk about those problems.

Ok, we all loves NUTHING BUT A G THANG, but it aint exactly a "touching" track. Same with ALL ABOUT U. Nate is so damn tight in it, but.. it aint a "touching" song at all. U know what i mean? Name some "touching" tracks. Deep tracks.

95% of the tracks of Snoop are about bitches, about him being a pimp, about weed and about him being a killer and shit. We all know he's far from being a gangster, so..?? Wassup with the lyrics? For example have u ever checked the track DOWNTOWN ASSASSINS from THA DOGGFATHER? Daz made a tight beat. His flow is dope. Tray Deee is tight. Even Snoop's flow is ok. But what about the lyrics? They pathetic!

The thing with Snoop is that most of his "deep" songs aren't big hits among the fans and they aren't singles... so you really need to buy the albums (im sure you did) and listen to what he has to say. As for you're comment on how he's not a good rapper... me personally wouldn't go that far, but I think he lost his "spunk" ... however in some of his new songs I hear it again... as do others...
